License and terms

One purchase licenses one designated teacher or tutor, or one homeschool household. Topic count is not the number of licensed educators. School-wide or organization-wide independent use requires a separate license; contact support.

The licensed educator may use the resources with their own students across multiple classes and school years, including paid tutoring, and print student materials for those lessons without per-student fees. A homeschool household may use them to educate its children.

Student materials may be shared only in a private learning space accessible to the licensed educator and their students. Teacher materials may be used for preparation, assessment and feedback, including explaining excerpts for educational purposes.

Sharing source files with other educators, public uploading, redistribution, resale and repackaging for sale are not permitted. Materials are for adult purchasers; this storefront does not provide student accounts or collect student grades.

Lawfully downloaded files may be used without a time limit while the license is followed. Re-downloads are offered while the service operates, without a lifetime hosting promise. Keep a private backup. New topics, subjects or every future product are not included automatically.

Purchases are one-time transactions in USD, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The current order's distinct paid topics determine its automatic price. Prior orders are not combined retroactively; extra educator licenses and free previews do not increase topic count. No additional coupon stacking is offered in this launch policy.

Recommended bundles select their individual topics. Buyers may remove or replace them, and overlaps count once. The same topic selection and license receive the same price regardless of how they were selected. Original approved files remain separate; custom merging, editing or question rearrangement is not promised.

Each checkout supports up to 123 distinct paid topics when the payment provider supports the selection. This is a per-order checkout limit, not a lifetime account limit or a separate limit by subject.
