Storefront refund policy

For a change of mind or wrong topic selection, a whole-order refund may be requested within seven days of purchase if no paid file in that order has been downloaded or accessed. After any file access, change-of-mind refunds and selective cancellation of otherwise sound topics are generally not offered.

Viewing a free preview, product page, receipt or purchase history does not count as access to a paid file. We distinguish paid-file delivery authorization from these page views. Delivery authorization is not conclusive proof that the file was completely received or read; missing records do not establish either access or non-access.

Confirmed duplicate payments are refunded. For an accidental repeat purchase of a topic, contact support within thirty days of the second purchase; the duplicate portion's actual paid allocation is refunded after purchase history is checked. An earlier valid purchase keeps its license and access.

Missing, corrupt or incorrect files and unresolved download failures will be corrected or the affected product refunded. A material mismatch with the description or a clear mathematical defect that prevents instructional use qualifies for an affected-topic refund or a correction accepted by the customer.

Report problems promptly, preferably within thirty days. A later-discovered material seller defect is not automatically denied solely because time has passed, and applicable statutory rights are not limited.

For affected topics, refunds use each topic's saved share of the amount actually paid, plus the applicable tax adjustment. The remaining topics are not repriced and their quantity benefit is not clawed back. Processing fees are not deducted from an approved seller-defect refund.

Refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing time is separate from support response time. Our target is an initial response within two US Eastern-time business days; it is not a bank settlement guarantee.

Email support@tusils.com with purchase ID, purchase email, topic, file and problem location. Do not send student names or grades, card details, identity documents, passwords or recovery keys. Missing access records will not be represented as proof that a file was accessed.

TPT purchases follow TPT's own policies and support process. This storefront policy does not replace them. PDF changes must pass the original content review and release process before corrected versions are delivered.

A refund request, pending processing, success and failure are separate states. Preparing or requesting a refund does not mean the money has been returned. Access controls affect re-download rights from the refunded purchase only; valid rights from another purchase are preserved. They cannot remotely remove copies already saved on a customer device.
